Getting to Pisa

Pisa is very well located within Tuscany and it can be reached very easily thanks to its convenient location on the Tyrrhenian railway line and to its international airport "Galileo Galilei".

Getting to Pisa by Train

Pisa is one of the major train stations on the Tyrrhenian coastal line, and many trains stop here everyday.

Pisa is very well connected with other famous cities such as Florence (1h and 10 minutes), Lucca (20 minutes), Rome (4 hours), Genoa (2 hours and 30 minutes), Cinque Terre (1 hour) and many other cities.

The central train station is very easy to reach from Behind the Tower, both by bus (direct ride - Bus 1 Via Pietrasantina and Navetta B) and walking (25 mintues).

We offer a free pick-up service from the train station.

Visit the Trenitalia website to find out train schedules and ticket prices.
